Founded and operated by Nikola Tomic, NiKo Carbon Works is an ITAR Registered and JCP Certified precision carbon fiber engineering and CNC manufacturing facility in Forney, Texas. Blending technical discipline with master CNC composite routing, we engineer and machine flight-ready aerospace brackets, tactical UAV airframes, and bespoke high-tolerance carbon components for defense contractors and discerning enthusiasts.
Officially certified under ITAR (DDTC) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to securely handle unclassified military and critical defense technical data and drawings.
Utilizing high-speed ceramic spindles, PCD diamond tooling, and dedicated vacuum fixture platens designed specifically to eliminate fiber fraying and ply separation.

Flagship Routing
Specialized multi-axis CNC routing designed specifically for high-modulus carbon fiber plates, prepreg cured sheets, and carbon-honeycomb sandwich panels. Featuring high-vacuum matrix beds, diamond-coated PCD endmills, and dual-stage HEPA composite dust extraction.
Defense & UAS
Precision-machined carbon fiber structural plates, motor arms, payload gimbals, and fuselage bulkheads for defense unmanned aerial systems (UAS), FPV tactical quads, and surveillance platforms.
Flight Brackets
Autoclaved prepreg carbon fiber structural brackets and avionics enclosures with bonded titanium fastener inserts, chamfered edge profiles, and stringent thermal stability for flight packages.
CMM Metrology
Climate-controlled inspection room featuring ruby touch-trigger CMM probes, digital optical micrometers, and granite surface plates. Every defense run is accompanied by complete FAI and CofC packages.
Heritage Craft
The artisan foundation of NiKo Carbon Works: high-gloss 3K twill carbon digital dash conversion plates (Honda S2000 cluster swaps for Civic/Integra), radio block-offs, and custom race cockpit switch panels.
Rigorous Aerospace Standards
Advanced CAM modeling, fiber direction planning, and climb-milling toolpaths engineered to eliminate ply tearout and chatter.
Machined under vacuum matrix fixtures using diamond PCD router bits with continuous mist and HEPA composite dust extraction.
